How to Create Impactful Non-Profit Work with David Caicedo

On this episode, I have David Caicedo; Brooklyn born and raised organizer and former co-executive director at Florida Student Power Network. a nonprofit youth-centered organization utilizing political education and organizing strategy to tackle social issues and work toward implementing change in the state of Florida.

David is not just a seasoned leader with incredible experience, but a former colleague who canvassed with me during our tenant support work in New York city and best of all, a dear friend.

We reminisce about our tenant support work canvassing days, what it takes to run a truly impactful nonprofit organization and how to make time for rest, healing, and care within organizations and the people working for them.
